Hiro: Technical Solutions Made Simple

Patsnap uses an in-house developed Language Learning Model (LLM) to simplify how you would search for technical solutions within patents. 

This will allow you to ask Hiro a technical question and be shown multiple patents that will give you an answer.  We do offer some examples at the bottom of the page to give you an idea as to what works best. You are able to access Hiro straight from the home page by clicking on "Technical Q&A".

Once you have asked a question it will generate multiple different solutions to your technical question.  These solutions are derived directly from patent documents.  You can then select your solution to show the documents where it was referenced.  This will allow you to quickly check the sources and directly reference the relevant patent documents. 

Some additional points about Hiro:

• Premium Users will be able to ask 6,000 questions per month.  
• Only technical questions will be able to generate a response.  It is using the Eureka patent database for all technical information.
