There are various different ways to export translations in Patsnap but one way is much more efficient than the rest.
From a Workspace or a search result page, select the patents you are interested in exporting. Then, select "Export" from the top right of the page as seen in the image below. If you don't select any patents before clicking "Export", then all of the folder/search results will be taken to the export page.
Once you reach the Export screen, go to the third section labeled "Export Fields". In the drop-down menu here, select "Custom Fields" and drag across all the available fields that have "(Translated)" in their name, for example, "Abstract (Translated)". Once you have done this, click "Export". If you are interested in exporting just the text, we suggest that you use the standard xlsx format.
We also recommend that you export the untranslated versions of these fields as well, as in some of these cases since they will have already been translated.
You are also able to export in PDF format, to do this you have to choose to "Include bibliography machine translation", which will provide you with translations of all the available fields for translations on the last page(s) of the PDF.
Please note that all other export formats also include the translation fields, but they have to be selected just as the xlsx example above.
