What Does "Transaction" Mean On The Patent View Legal Tab?

In the legal tab of a record, "transaction" is short for a legal transaction. An official definition for this would be "the means by which legal subjects can change the legal positions of themselves or other people intentionally". 

When applied to Patsnap, this would mean any of the specific legal events associated with each patent.
