An overview report that will be on your results page will allow you to analyze variations of each position of the hit sequence. You will get a button at the middle right of the page that says "Variation Report".
All you need to do is input the location and the region of the sequence to be analyzed. For example, if you want to identify variations between points 1 and 4, you can do that, and then a report will be generated as follows:
Here you can see the different colors, where a darker color means there is more variation within the residue. It will be helpful if you are looking for particular mutations in specific positions, which will allow you to break them down and visualize them. This gives you more control over the sequence search as not all mutations are equal and allows for visualization of sequence variants.
You can click directly on the heatmap to view sequences with the variation of interest. This will save you a lot of time in your workflow.
