Come Introduce Yourself!
Hi everyone! Hope you're feeling good ☺️
I just wanted to welcome everyone to the Community and introduce myself. I also would like everyone to introduce themselves as well, so we can all get to know each other better.
I'm James and I'm the Product Community Manager here at Patsnap, based in London. I've worked here for several years and consider myself knowledgeable in various different areas.
In my role, I'm responsible for managing everything Community. Whether that be communication, organization or moderation!
Away from work, I enjoy watching sport and playing video games.
I'd love to hear more about you! Here's some things you could consider:
- What's your role and where are you based?
- How would you like the Community to benefit you?
- What do you like to do away from work?
I look forward to hearing from you all!

Hi everyone!
I'm Iris and I'm an IP Manager at Yanfeng. Yanfeng is an automotive supplier for interior parts and seats and steering wheels and..., but no powertrains, brakes etc. I'm based in Germany and in this role for 7 years, now.
In my role, I work with inventors on new filings (incl. prior art searches), on office actions and with program managers on FTO searches.
I would like to exchange ideas with the community on improvements, effectiveness and KPIs.
Away from work I play hidden object games.

Hi Everyone,
Felix Massot here, working for Knowledge Management Office at Goodyear, tire maker and innovator for over 125 years. i use PatSnap for IP and literature search for my R&D colleagues as a service. My first experience with PatSnap is back in 2017. The flexibility, the granularity, the endless possibility to slice and dice the results make Analytics my favorite search tool to use. Analytics is my absolute reference when it comes to search tools, and at KMO we use a bunch of search tools. i like Discovery very much because it understands very well what we are after and is very crip in its results without bothering with complex queries. I also enjoy interacting with PatSnap team members because they are very open to suggestions that make the tool better for everyone although already great (an example of it would be exporting the query used to get the results together with the results,or including the translate tool in the license free patent page). Happy to share my experience using PatSnap.
