For the training guides and onboarding materials, could you share a bit more about the specific topics you'd like to see covered? For example, is there a particular area or task you'd like help with? And for the visual analysis tools, what kinds of features or improvements are you hoping for? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
I started with a new company six months ago. The person assigned to our account did a wonderful training session and offered to do more. I would appreciate an actual hard copy of the training, though, with a program manual and perhaps a "cheat sheet" of Boolean or search terms and characters. I think it would also be good for account managers to gently insist on a regular cadence of check-in appointments because I have not reached out to schedule any further training (you get really busy after the first month) and I feel I've forgotten everything I was taught.
I used Innography in past positions and liked some of the bubble charts and other features they provided. I don't believe the same charts are available to me in PatSnap.
