Why cant I find document EP4417296A1 when I search in the CPC Y02C20/40 class?

  I just saw your message via the widget in the platform.

  I went to the page you submitted it from and was able to find both the records you have listed, as can be seen below.

  

  Because of this, I'm feeling you might be grouping your results in some way. Can you please provide a screenshot?

  Hello,

  Thanks for answering. I see that you have searched for both the class and the document. But if I search for only the CPC class, the document don't appear in the filter list. Not if I filter for assignee

  Hi Tobias,

  I saw your separate message to us as well confirming that this is just a question of the assignee filter rather then of finding the document in general.

  The reason for the issue with the assignee filter is we currently have a limitation where you can only search for the assignees that are listed in the filter and not below that.

  If you want to search for a specific assignee, my recommendation would be to put it into the search bar or into "Refine keywords" instead.
