Search & Review:

• Introducing Prosecution/Claims history view for US records.
  • This view provides the ability to look at rejection rounds including applicant responses and text comparison of amendments between rounds.
  • This view can be the found in the patent view under the legal tab and along with a simplified version in the claims tab under the claim comparison button.
  • Standard users receive a 3-month trial access until September 6th, 2023, with a limit of viewing 100 documents per month.
  • Premium users have full access and can view 200 documents per month.

• Image search Optimisations
  • Image Search now supports machine translated text.
  • Seven additional search fields have been added such as: Text: TAC, TACD, TA, T, A, C and Address: Authority
  • The Compare Patents button is available in the search results page of an image search, and the displayed classification code depends on whether the search is for utility patents (IPC Code) or design patents (LOC).
  • Legal status and title will now be displayed in each preview page of a record.

  • Updated export landing page allows users to download up to 100 fields simultaneously.
  • Exports can now be downloaded in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and the ability to export the preferred original language of a patent.
  • New ‘Feature fields’ a collection of litigation-related data added as export field options:
