Keyboard Shortcuts

Have a look at some simple keyboard shortcuts below. It can really speed up your patent reading!

H/PageUp to move up a patent in patent view page
L/PageDown to move down a patent in patent view page

TAB to move to next page in Overview
Shift-TAB to move to last page in Overview

Workspace Folders Shortcut Operations:

To improve efficiency of navigation, the new shortcut keys have been introduced when in a workspace folder. The shortcut keys and their function is described in the following table:

Table View	Copies the index value of selected cells (text fields, link fields, date fields only)	Ctrl + c	command + c
	Pastes the index value of a previously copied cell (text fields, link fields, date fields only)	Ctrl + v	command + v
	Submit editing results (drop-down menu and drop-down tree custom fields are not supported)	Alt + Enter Shift + Enter	Alt + Enter Option + Enter Shift + Enter
	Move the interface horizontally to the beginning of the table row and select the cell (first column)	Home	Fn + ←
	The interface moves horizontally to the end of the table row and selects the cell (last column)	End	Fn + →
	Move the visual interface to the top, bottom, left, and right edges of the current page of the table	Ctrl + ↑ Ctrl + ↓ Ctrl + ← Ctrl + →	command + ↑ command + ↓ command + ← command + →
	Position the interface to the selected cell	Ctrl + Backspace	command + Backspace
