Claims History

This feature is only available for US patents, and have at least one rejection file in the file wrapper.

Once you enter the claims history, you will see a timeline of the rounds of rejection in the top left hand corner. You can toggle between the different rounds of rejections by clicking on the timeline.

By default, for each round of rejection, two columns are displayed. The left column is the notification of rejection, and the right column displays the amendments. If there is no amendments, then the reply notice will be displayed instead.

The amendments are highlighted in green and red, with green being new text added in and red being text which has been removed.

Additionally, for the amendments file, you can toggle between a PDF and text file depending on your preference of view.

Claims History Tier permissions:

Premium and Standard Tier: will receive full access and download 200 File Wrapper documents per month.

Trial accounts: can view but only download up to 5 File Wrapper documents per month.
