Search and Analysis

Let’s get started! We want to build a quick search that is based on the technology, a few words or a brief description will work here.

Now we are getting some results, sometimes it might get lots of hits that might not be as relevant so we are going to access the filters on the left -hand side of the page. These filters leverage our incredible AI technology to analyze the results, these include;

• Technology Topic
• Technical Output
• Technology Field Word

Using these filters will help us narrow down and pinpoint an exact area of interest while mitigating risk of missing something super important!  

Fantastic! Now we got a much more refined list to work with. Time to start comparing these results and perform some analysis.

Patent view

OK, we have got some results and done a few analyses to get a good understanding of this technology area. What’s next?

Customers would often like to dive into a patent and explore in more detail within this space, we can then use some of the different tools we have to rapidly analyze both the patent itself and other similar patents.

We can see the summary of the patent, which includes the benefits and the problem it solves which is provided by our AI technology. Super handy when the patent document is quite lengthy saving you some valuable time. For our customers who are more image and visually focused, we can use our Smart Image feature to help us glance through the images of the patent. Follow the labels and where they are referenced within the patent itself. Giving you a birds-eye view of the whole patent, speeding up the process once again.

We also have "Similar Techs", which allows us to see other patents within the same technology scope.

Monitoring Insights and GPT

Last but not least, here is the coup de grâce of our PatSnap features, which will be the icing on the cake of our journey into this technology area.
