Operation History - How to see past activity of a workspace

In the Operations History, you gain access to a comprehensive log of all modifications made to your workspace within the past 30 days. This enables heightened transparency in team collaboration, enhances overall efficiency in collaboration, and facilitates the prompt identification of any unusual activities occurring within your workspace. 

This feature can be found in the settings of a workspace (gear icon top left of the screen), under Operations History. 

This feature records:

• Comments added to a document 
• Comments edited on a document 
• Comments removed from a document 
• Documents saved to a folder
• Documents imported to a folder
• Automatic updates added to a folder
• Number of documents added to a folder by family expansion 
• Number of documents moved from one folder to another 
• Number of documents copied from one folder to another
• Number of documents restored from the recycle bin
• Number of patents deleted from a folder 
• Number of documents moved from a folder to another workspace 
• Copied a folder from another workspace to this workspace
• Moved a folder from another workspace to this workspace
• Restored folder from recycle bin
• Deleted folders 
• Moved a folder from this workspace to another Workspace
