How Do I Search Within A Certain Jurisdiction?

There are a few ways you can choose which jurisdiction your results are taken from. 

Firstly, on the Field search page you can select to choose the data sources that Patsnap uses in your initial searches by using the "All authorities" option on the left hand side. Here you can scroll through all the different jurisdictions:

If you've already performed a search, you can click the globe icon to the left of your search query bar at the top of the page and use the same tick boxes:

Alternatively, once you have conducted a search, you can use the filters on the left hand side of the results page to choose what authority you would like to refine by:

Finally, a little trick you can use is to add the following to your search. We'll give an example for American and Chinese patents. The basis of this trick is telling Patsnap that the publication numbers returned have to begin with a certain country prefix:
