Does The Comment Associated With A Particular Patent Show Up Across Workspaces?

By default, if you add a comment to the already existing "Comment" field to a particular patent in a Workspace folder, then it will also show up in another Workspace if that patent is in that other Workspace as long as you are the owner of all those Workspaces.

If you share these Workspaces with other Patsnap users then they will see the comments on these shared Workspaces as well.

Your comment will also show up on records where you have added comments, from independent searches where you do not open the record directly from a workspace, but from your search results:

If you would prefer that particular comments are not visible for other users you have shared your workspaces with, you can change the comments to become a private comment. You can do this by going to your Workspace area, and then under "Review" and then "Comment", select the particular comments you would prefer to be private (to yourself) or remain workspace comments, or even turn the coments into company comments:

Turning the comments into company comments means that, anybody who has access to a company workspace, can see your comment on that record that originally came from your personal workspace.
